Апартаменты Тарту маантее 45 находятся в самом центре Таллинна, на оживленой улице, на третьем этаже без лифта. На расстоянии 3 км от Таллинского аэропорта и трех минутах езды от автобусного вокзала Таллинна. На расстоянии 300 метров Центральный рынок Таллинна. На расстоянии 500 метров универмаг Стокманн. До торгового центра Виру 800 метров. Крупнейший торговый центр Юлемисте и T1 Mall находится на той же улице, на расстоянии 10 минут езды. Резиденция русского царя Петра, парк Кадриорг находится на расстоянии 2 км. Вход в Средневековый старый город находится в 15 минутах пешей ходьбы. Рядом отель Хилтон, Скала плаза, продуктовые магазины, суши кафе, на первом этаже дома парикмахерская. Воспользовавшись автобусным терминалом Виру, можно добраться до любой точки Таллинна. В апартаментах имеется микроволновая печь, чайник, кофеварка, простыни, полотенца, посуда. В каждом из апартаментов своя ванная комната с туалетом и душем. Бесплатный Wi Fi для гостей. Апартаменты Тарту манте 45 находятся в самом центре Таллинна на оживленной улице. Поблизости от главных улиц, торговых центров, так и от старого города. За 3 минуты можно дойти пешком до главного рынка Таллинна, построенного в советские годы, где всегда можно купить свежие фрукты и овощи, мясо, рыбу, традиционные эстонские соления, а можно просто погулять и изучить массивное здание рынка- выстроенного в стиле сталинской архитектуры. Прогулявшись через недавно обновленный Полицейским парк и вдоль по улице Гонсиори, можно выйти к подножию старого города, к Вируским воротам и там начать изучение средневекового города, таинственного, но уютного, с запахом кофе, ликера Вана Таллинн и свежей й выпечки. Утомившись можно повернуть обратно в сторону апартаментов, пройти через торговый центр Виру, зайти в Стокманн. Выйдя из апартаментов и направившись в сторону моря, уже через 10 минут, вы попадете в великолепный парк Кадриорг, создание русского царя Петра 1, с дворцами в стиле барокко, бывший резиденцией Петра, и названый в честь супруги Петра, Екатерины первой. Прогулявшись по парку, через 15 минут выйдете к морскому побережью, к великолепному и мистическому памятнику Русалка.
